Department Profile:

The Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering is one of eight academic departments in the Bagley College of Engineering. The department offers an ABET accredited bachelor's degree program in industrial engineering, as well as master's and doctoral degrees. The undergraduate enrollment is 179 students, and the graduate enrollments is 27 master's students and 57 doctoral students. The website is www.ise.msstate.edu.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Visiting Assistant Professor is under the administrate supervision of the Head of the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE). This is a non-tenure track position.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

ABDs or degree pending considered (all but DISS):

No

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching experience for appointment.
