Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

A full-time tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level to teach courses such as Principles of Management and Production (MGT 3114), Organizational Behavior (MGT 3813) and/or Introduction to Human Resource Management (MGT 3513) for Fall 2018 at the undergraduate and graduate level for the Management & Information Systems Department.
Commitment to quality teaching.
Commitment to research that leads to publications in top journals.
Willingness to contribute to the department's strategic research focus in family business.
Commitment to appropriate level of department, college, and university service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field. ABD candidates will be considered.

ABDs or degree pending considered (all but DISS):


Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated excellence in teaching in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
Demonstrated ability to do research that leads to publications in top management journals as well as contribute to the department's research focus in family business.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated excellence in teaching in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work with students and colleagues.
Demonstrated potential to conduct high quality research.
