Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
Engage in research that leads to publications in top journals.
Contribute to the department's strategic research focus in family business.
Fulfill service obligations to the department, college, and university.

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field. ABD candidates will be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated excellence in teaching in Business Policy and/or Entrepreneurship.
Demonstrated ability to do research that leads to publications in top management journals as well as contribute to the department's research focus in family business.
