The College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University is seeking an Emergency Clinician, Small Animal Assistant Clinical Professor, Clinical Track

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching responsibilities will involve clinical training for veterinary professional students, house officers and veterinary medical technology students enrolled in the academic program. Service responsibilities involve emergency duty, primary and secondary clinical case management, and consultation with private practitioners. The emergency clinician will be expected to take a leadership role in improving the quality of the emergency service at the MSU Animal Emergency and Referral Center, enhancing the quality of patient care, and teaching in our veterinary student rotations. Participation in continuing education programs is also expected.
Applicants must have a DVM or equivalent degree, and extensive experience as a small animal emergency veterinarian.
