The College of Veterinary Medicine, Mississippi State University, invites applications for a clinical instructor position in equine medicine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for equine in-house medicine cases presented to the Animal Health Center. Teaching veterinary and veterinary technology students is accomplished within the course of clinical service. This is a non-tenure track position, with a clinical service-teaching combined FTE of approximately 95%. After hours duty will be split with other house officers and faculty. Four weeks of off-duty time will be allowed for Board study.
Minimum qualifications include a DVM with completion of a large animal internal medicine residency. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are required. This position requires a valid driver’s license, and ability to conduct vigorous physical activity. Attainment of a regular licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Mississippi is required.
