Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate would be able to teach a diverse array of courses with expertise and in the protection of environmental and water resources in the coastal, estuarine, riparian and inland environments, design and development of sustainable and resilient water supply and wastewater treatment systems, waterborne transportation, navigation, coastal engineering, open channel hydraulics, stream restoration, hydrology, and environmental engineering systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related area with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program.
Level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference for candidates with a Professional Engineering license.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience and interest in leading CEE student organizations to enhance the educational experience and outcomes of students in the School.
