Provide coordination and support for a variety of projects, production schedules, and events for RCU staff and clients.

Ops/Print Shop

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and coordinate the scheduling and printing of print jobs.
• Proof artwork, color, layout, and copy of print jobs before printing.
• Estimate the supply needs and negotiate with vendors to receive the best price possible for supplies.
• Responsible for print shop inventory.
• Liaison between the printer maintenance team and RCU the print shop employees.
• Maintain print shop manual.
• Monitor project progress and handle issues as they arise to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Prepare invoices, track, and document payments.
• Reconcile, balance, and maintain accounting records related to the project.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating the MS ACTE annual conference.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2 years related experience

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

1. No unusual physical requirements
2. Requires minimal lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.
3. Frequent - Externally imposed deadlines; set and revised beyond one’s control; interruptions influence priorities; difficult to anticipate nature or volume of work with certainty beyond a few days.
4. Job frequently requires walking, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, handling objects with hands.
5. Vision requirements: ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
