This executive must drive organizational stability, anticipate and respond to change, and promote innovation, build relationships, support a diverse and inclusive environment, and leverage the talent and commitment of the ITS organization, executive team and staff. The CTTO must also have an intimate knowledge of trends in IT, and anticipate and proactively forecast challenges and opportunities to position MSU as a leader in information and technology. The CTTO thus must have a network in both business and academia, and represent the university well in this regard.
