The individual filling this position will function at the professional research level and will collaborate with researchers involved in design and implementation of ASME NQA-1 qualified test systems for nuclear-grade HEPA-filter research. The function of this position is to coordinate and supervise shop services and oversee construction of testing systems. This position will also work with conceptual designs and provide practical design and construction. This individual will work with researchers to provide/suggest practical mechanical solutions to satisfy their requirements. Additional responsibilities will include ordering and maintaining inventory, shop personnel training, and safety. |
