Department Profile:

The Department of Psychology is within the College of Arts & Sciences. It houses 25 full time faculty members, 800 undergraduates, and about 50 doctoral students in our Cognitive Science and Clinical Psychology Ph.D. programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The new faculty member will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, including courses in the specialty area of clinical psychology. The successful applicants will maintain a program of scholarly research, apply for external funding, teach undergraduates and graduate courses, and supervise graduate students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from an APA, CPA, or PCSAS accredited program by the time of appointment and be eligible for eventual licensure in Mississippi.
