13/Minimum 33,900 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include obtaining MS Department of Education eligibility ruling for students with disabilities in need of intervention, maintaining appropriate documentation, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEP), providing intervention services as designated in the IEP, providing supervision of a teacher assistant and multiple work study students, coordinating comprehensive assessments and complete reports, assist with child find activities, determine needed Extended School Year Service (ESY) and provide ESY services. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education,  Human Science with a concentration in Child
Development and demonstrated competence and a valid Mississippi Teaching License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Early Intervention and a valid Mississippi
Teaching License.

Restricted Clause:
